How much does a website cost in 2026? Real pricing guide

2 June 2026·8 min

We break down the real costs of a web project: from a landing page to a full online store. No small print.

The question we receive most often on WhatsApp is always the same: "how much does a website cost?". And the answer people like least is the most honest one: it depends. But that is not useful for requesting a quote, so here are the real numbers.

Landing page: €800 – €1,500

A single well-designed page, optimised for conversion, with a form and basic SEO. Ideal for validating a product or campaign before investing more. In this range we are talking about custom design, not Squarespace templates with your logo on top.

Corporate website: €1,200 – €3,000

5 to 10 pages, admin panel, contact form, technical SEO configured from day one. This is what most SMEs need to appear on Google with credibility. The range goes up with complex animations or external integrations.

Online store: €2,000 – €8,000

Catalogue, cart, payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, Bizum), order management. The difference between €2,000 and €8,000 comes down to the number of products, automations, and whether you need ERP or warehouse synchronisation.

Custom web app: from €5,000

CRMs, internal management platforms, client portals. Price depends entirely on functional complexity. There is no real ceiling.

Why not Wix or Squarespace

The entry cost is low, yes. But the total cost over 3-5 years is not: between €20 and €50/month forever, SEO limitations you cannot fix, and if you want to leave, you cannot take the code with you. A custom website is yours forever. No rent.

What is not included in the price

Professional photography, copywriting, advertising campaigns and hosting. Mentioning this upfront avoids misunderstandings. A well-written quote details exactly what is and is not included.
